MACKIE puts out a great product. We used this in our small Americana band for a while and really enjoyed the ability to allow everyone to adjust their own monitor mixes. It's a fairly easy system to use and the app is downloadable. I recently sent the unit into the manufacturer's repair facility to be cleaned and checked out prior to sale and it came back fine.
I bought the Mackie mixer bag at the same time I bought it, so it has always been transported in the case.
