Swamp Ash Telecaster Body 2018 Black / Natural

This is a 3pc dense Swamp Ash, CNC cut Tele body.  Unlike the other bodies I have listed for sale here resulting from unstarted or uncompleted projects, this body was a kickass guitar (custom ebony neck, SD/DiMarzio Pups, NexGen Programmable 5 way controls...shown in pics) for a customer who even though I built precisely as he requested, and even though I advised up front it would be 'beefy', they decided after a short time it was too heavy (9.75 lb. finished build) so reluctantly I am working on a lighter mahogany body to transfer most all the components over to leaving me with this body to sell.  It is beefy at 6.5lbs and extremely resonant.  Dyed black wood grain and sides, semi open grain, thin satin finish.  Slug Tape shielded (tested 0 ohm continuity between cavities).  Wilkinson Vintage Ashtray Bridge w/compensated Brass Saddles and ground wire included as is the input jack cover as shown in pics.  Only drilled for neck ring so no pick guard holes are present. Body cut and routed to Vintage USA Specs.  Most, readily available licensed as well as import 21 or 22 fret necks fit with no or nominal tweaking required (see pic with Fender licensed rosewood neck).
