Input Signal N-FET (aka Thomas #86-5095-2) Transistor - The exact value of the low noise transistor used in the input preamp stage of Buckingham V1123, Guardsman V1133, Beatle V1143, Viscount V1153 and V1154 amplifiers. I only have a small handful of these remaining. They are NOS (new old stock) original parts that I purchased from a liquidation company in California that bought the closeout of all electronic parts from Thomas Organ.
This is an incredibly rare transistor and are possibly more than 30 years old. They may vary somewhat in appearance from the photos above. When my stock is depleted, there will be no more available at North Coast. There are no returns, exchanges, warranties, or refunds on this part. All sales final.
