This is one of the nicest playing guitars I've ever owned, incredible
sustain and tone. I've got a 26 year old Gibson Les Paul and this comes
real close. It's certainly better than the stuff Gibson is putting out
now at their ridiculous prices.
It's a Heritage Standard 10th Anniversary by
Prestige guitars. Google it. It's not made anymore as it was a limited
production run. This is number 399 These are highly regarded guitars
for those in the know.
This guitar has spent its life in a climate
controlled room where humidity is maintained between 45%-55% year round.
You can't ask for better care than that.
Here are the specs:
Body: Mahogany
Top: Solid Carved AAA Flame Maple
Neck: Solid Mahogany, C shaped
Scale: 24 3/4"
Fingerboard: Ebony
Frets: 22
Radius: 14"
Nut: 1 11/16" TUSQ XL Nut
Width at first fret: 1.75"
Neck Thickness at first fret: 0.85"
Neck Width at 12th fret: 2"
Neck Thickness at 12th fret: 0.93"
I had Steve Morrill (Luthier across from Berkeley College of Music, best in New England) level and dress the frets. His work is truly amazing and this guitar is silky smooth with not a buzz to
be found. It's effortless to play.
There are no issues whatsoever with this guitar. The bridge pick-up is a
SD Pearly Gates and the neck is a SD -59.
Comes with hardshell custom fit
case.
US Shipping or local pick up only.
