Hand made guitar by Ryan Martin fomerly of Becker Guitars. He was the main builder in Becker and when the company broke up he continues to build on his own as a one man shop. I was his second customer and this is a Becker Retro style he now calls the wizard. Flame maple core with figured walnut top and back. Flame maple neck with figured walnut headstock. Scale is 25.5” with a 1 3/4” but but feels a tad towards 1 11/16”. The neck is not thin but not chunky. You really feel what your playing with this guitar. The fretboard wood is zircote with a figured layering that you see at angles..very cool. Electronics are a custom pack of Lollar high wind neck and bridge and a dimarzio super 2 in the middle. The top bout contains the coil cuts for the pickups. Also the bottom selector is going between passive pickups and a Waldo jerry buffer. The buffer really brings clarity to any position. Front knob is a two way volume pot for the active electronic setting. If your battery dies you can play passive not worry. The middle knob is tone for the lollars and the rear knob is tone with oil capacitor for the super 2. Also comes in a mono vertigo 80 bag that creates the perfect protection for this guitar. Really great guitar!!! Any questions please ask!!
