Kay C-1 upright bass, 3/4 scale. Serial number is 39725, which dates the bass to 1957. Features an adjustable bridge hand-carved by the late Thomas Kelischek, who also reset the neck in 1992. Also includes pickup (brand unknown,) fiberglass bow, bow holster, Meisel gig bag, and a couple of cakes of rosin (1 each of Pop's and Carlsson.) Good condition overall. One ding in the neck (see photos) which looks like it was there long before I bought the bass in 1991, and does not affect playability. (If anything, I find it a good reference point when moving from position to position.)
