Bruno Boutin Classical Guitar Cedar Top 650 mm scale (#54).

I bought this lovely concert level classical guitar new in 2005, and it has been well cared for since then. The guitar was made by Bruno Boutin, a top Canadian Luthier, and it is in very good condition. Solid cedar top, Indian Rosewood back and sides. Neck width at the nut is 52mm. The neck has remained very straight, with virtually no relief on the treble side, and minimal relief on the bass side.   Action is low (2.7mm on 1st string/ 3.6mm on 6th string). With minimal relief and low action, the guitar is very playable. The neck is on the thick side, so do not consider this if you are looking for a classical guitar with a thin neck. The guitar was refinished about four years ago with French Polish, and there are no current or repaired cracks anywhere in the top, sides, or back.  There are a few noticeable marks on the top, which were dings that are still visible after the top was refinished. There is also an area on the back, near the bottom end of the guitar, where the finish has rubbed off a bit. I've tried to capture these blemishes in the pictures.

Although the guitar has a cedar top, its sound is on the bright side.  It is well balanced, with clear trebles and tight sounding basses.

I had this guitar up on Reverb for sale four years ago, but decided that I didn't want to sell it at that time. I've accumulated a few more classical guitars during COVID and need to thin the herd a bit. So I'm offering this guitar for sale again.

The case that the guitar comes with is the red one that appears in a few pictures with the guitar in it.

I've added a link to a video of short song being played on the guitar.
