No dead pads or areas - triggers all working great including velocity sensitivity, rim shots, rolls, etc. MIDI in-out, tons of sounds, kits, effects, editing options. Has built-in metronome, rhythm coach, stereo and mono outs, headphone outs. Can route external audio in to play along with. Typical great Roland percussion sounds, very well-thought out, reliable, and useful for practice, studio, and stage.
A few small dings on the back - see photos. Used only in home studio for making demos, etc. The sounds, pads, buttons, knobs, screen, menus, everything, all work with no issues.
Note that I started this listing including other items with the Handsonic module (a kick pedal, a Roland kick trigger, and a stand) with a $660 price for the combined items. I decided, after not getting any serious bites, to split off the other items (some are still for sale in my store) to separate listings, and drop the price, selling the Handsonic alone in this listing. That's why the "discount" looks so large. It's still a good deal! And in very very good condition.
