Lovely condition for it's age (Q-serial MIJ made in 1993-1994) with only some minor blemishes and scratches here and there. Beautiful natural wood grain pattern makes this Tele truly unique. No more finger marks! No lacquer, just Tung Oil. Very vintage rustic feel with velvety finish with natural imperfections. Classic 50s design, that was meant to become a true legend. Very easy to play thanks to the rounder 7,25 radius fretboard and soft V neck, big variety of sounds thanks to the 3-way switch and nice variation via the Tone knob! Vintage-correct features such as Fender "Spaghetti" logo, truss-rod adjustment at the neck heel, round string tree, Fender "Pat Pending" bridge with 3 brass saddles and string-through body construction.

This instrument received a full professional setup (worth £45) with deep body cleansing, body polish and carnauba wax, neck deep clean, full electronics check, truss-rod and action and intonation adjustment! Restringed with Fender 10-46 nickel-plated steel strings. Ready for touring and recording straight away!

FEATURES:

1. Classic North American maple neck with a very comfortable soft V-shape, 7,25 radius fretboard, 21 vintage frets, walnut skunk stripe on the back, truss-rod adjustment at the heel of the neck and vintage tint lacquer. Equipped with classic Kluson nickel vintage tuners that work smoothly and provide reliable tuning. Neck and neck pocket stamped TL52DGF.

2. Very resonant alder body with a string-through bridge construction provides tons of sustain and is very balanced when it comes to lows, mids and highs. Absence of a thick layer of paint or lacquer helps the wood to breathe more and resonate better. Covered in Tung oil for protection and stunning looks. Has a rustic feel to it. Vinyl-type plastic pickguard complete the look.

3. Fender Japan Vintage 52 neck pickup and stunning Dimarzio DP413 Virtual Hot T bridge pickup. Dimarzio designed the Virtual T bridge model to produce classic Tele sounds with extra muscle from the bridge position, more punch, less zing. The Virtual Hot T is louder and thicker, like an overwound vintage single-coil. It's got a woody sound when the tone control is wide open, and more of a P-90 character when it's rolled down. We're talking killer blues tones. The Virtual Hot T uses the same AL 2 magnets as the other Virtual T models, and works with 250K controls. Wiring Standard four conductor Magnet Alnico 2 Output 230mV DC Resistance 9.34K.

4. Fender classic "Pat Pending" 3-barrel saddle bridge. Upgraded with brass saddles for more warmth and less high frequency spikes, especially when using the bridge pickup, original steel saddles included in the sale. Pretty good intonation throughout, all height adjustment screws work well.
