This is a vintage Sontec 432C/9 Mastering Equalizer in perfect working order and great cosmetic condition. This version of the 432 features 1/2 dB steps on the parametric bands up to 3 dB, and then 1 dB steps thereafter with a maximum boost/cut range of 9 dB per band. The shelves are fixed  in the high end, and switchable between 50Hz and 100Hz in the bass.

This unit was serviced in 2018. All solder joints have been checked and repaired, and the EQ was completely recapped. All the HS2030 amplifiers are originals except for one "new issue" 2030 on the left channel. The power transformer has been mounted on the outside of the chassis on the back of the unit for better noise performance (pictured). At some point it might be a good idea to have a tech put that tranny in an external box. All the existing switches are as quiet as can be and the overall noise floor performance of the unit is very good. You can be confident that you're getting a very stable unit for years to come.
