API 512c 500 Series Mic Preamp Module

Two are consecutive serial numbers from a matched pair, the third is a lower serial number. These preamps came out of my API / Inward Connections 32 channel console. It’s a one of a kind desk that was built for NAMM with the intention of becoming a production run - and ended up being the only one. I still have 24 channels in this desk and wanted to free up these slots so I can get some more EQ’s in the frame.

These are great preamps that were used their entire life in this console or my vintage king 500 series rack in a smoke free / climate controlled commercial recording studio by experienced engineers. The 2520’s api factory opamps are clean and have lots of life and punch.

I’m looking to sell the lot for a better price than I would sell them individually. Not interested in selling individually please do not ask. Hopefully some engineer out there will enjoy this deal as I have never seen these available for $600 per channel - ever.

Please give them a good home as they have given me nearly 250 artist recordings during the most enjoyable years of my studio career. If I didn’t have another 24 of these I’d never let them go.
