Not in Best Cosmetic but and excellent player. The tone is very nice. This is where these guitars started the first Model they came out in production. The neck is very straight, still alot of fret life, action is medium, playability and tone is great, there are some screw holes on top possibly they put a pickguard in it at one time, screw hole on the lower shell looks like they added a 1/4 input jack for pickup at one time and its been removed. there was a crack in one spot on top and was glued back obviously was done along time ago and its holding, the has the original deluxe tuner and one cover is missing but all in excellent function. The ovation tag inside the bowl is missing and they added some blings on the headstock and there is a "2" on the back of the headstock. Pictures are all well represented below. Anyways not too many of these guitars out there and you can definitely restore this if you want or without any extra work just simply play it. It doest plays very well and sounds very nice. The case that came with the guiatr is the original case. Ive neve had a case like this that is all wood and heavier than normal. shipping maybe a bit extra than regular.
Made in USA Inlaid rosette was a chin-link design with a small bunch of grapes depicted at the 4 o'clock position.
