• Special NAMM 2015 edition bubinga top. An Insanely gorgeous bass. Woo, we are wiping the sweat off of our foreheads as we write this. It has a Fine Grain Solid Ash as the body and it's coated with beautiful Solid Quilted Bubinga. It also has a Maple Neck-Thru. This one was not finished with gloss like it's beautiful glossed counterpart that we are selling, but every lock needs a different key and this beautiful matte may be the key to unlocking many conservative hearts. Not everybody likes to be glossy and flashy, some people like to just come in quietly and talk with their playing. They used some truly beautiful aged wood on this thing. Look, no person in their right mind would make something this beautiful and not make sure that it has an awesome sound to go with it. It sounds wonderful and bright, as one would presume from the tonewoods it's made with. Look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, "When have I seen a bass as beautiful and as well-made as the Wolf 7 String Quilted Bubinga for well under a $1000"? As guitar and bass players ourselves, we compared Wolf pick-ups to other well known pick-up brands and all we can say is don't underestimate Wolf. They are just waiting for the right player to let it shine. If you are a really big fan of other pickup brands, then you can replace them, but we don't recommend it.

You may ask who or what is Wolf? They're MIK by brand with big funding, latest CNC machine so that means much detailing and accuracy.
Some people think Wolf is not that good, and people write bad reviews. Why? Because 2-3 out of 100 instruments are not up to quality, which is normal in guitar factories,
 but problem is some retailers that got from NAMM Show before 2015 still sell them without inspection!! Also Wolf has Active Electronics and Pre-amp settings are on full volume. It should be adjusted to players taste. Customers play it and get bad impression.
