This 1982 Ibanez AR105 Artist features a gorgeous Antique Violin Sunburst finish, a beautifully figured top, and the unmistakable styling that made the Ibanez Artist series one of the most recognizable Japanese guitar designs of its era.Introduced during the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacturing, the Artist series represented Ibanez's own approach to the classic dual-humbucker electric guitar. With its distinctive symmetrical double-cutaway body, elegant binding, and unique hardware, the Artist quickly established an identity of its own and became a favorite among players who appreciated both traditional tones and innovative design.This particular AR-105 retains its original Ibanez Super 58 humbuckers, highly regarded for their warm, articulate vintage character.
