Looking for fat mids and a little extra high end sparkle to go with the EL34 II sound? This is our ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the VOX AC100CPH. The preamp section uses a Long Plate ECC803S in V1 for a little less gain, really fat mids and a bit more high end sparkle and three ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V4.
The power tubes are a premium matched quad of the JJ Electronic EL34 II's. The JJ EL34 II's are great in VOX amps because the low mids are stronger making them sound thicker than standard EL34 type tubes and they have a great high end sparkle!
Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
