About This Listing

Far and away this is my favorite Mexican guitar I've ever come across. This one falls more into the vintage and handmade realm of these things. I think from the label and the general construction this guitar was made in the 60's or 70's.

This is an amazingly charming and quirky guitar. It's the king of weird Mexican guitars as far as I'm concerned. It plays well and has a huge sound. Beautiful bear claw figure on the top, wonderfully strange three piece neck. Great marquetry rosette, very stylish with the black and red, wood binding, marquetry purfling.

This is a rare and unique instrument to be sure. Some wear and repairs. Very sturdy repaired side cracks but look closely at the pictures before you bid.
