Kay F453 all original, earliest 17" arch top electric as palyed by Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup. Original finish no cracks or repairs. Volume and tone pots on the upper bout, Bakelite
knobs and the blade pickup is mounted in rosewood block. Pre 1/4" jack this guitar uses a screw on mic
cable included. Pick up and pots work great amazing tone. Celluloid binding is deteriorated as is common. Tuning buttons are also celluloid and deteriorating one replace with plastic. Open back tuners, 3 piece neck. Kay Code of Arms Head stock and Charlie Christen style double block
neck inlays. Missing pick guard and bridge. A great candidate for restoration or play as is it records great. The 1948 F453 List Price $132.00.
