Lockard 187 amp from Murder By Tone. It's a Class A, 8-watt, single stage, point-to-point hand wired amplifier. The amp section was made using vintage parts dating from 1959-1969 according to the builder, Eric Lockard. This includes several NOS tubes, in the preamp (NOS GE 12AU7 & a new EH 12AX7), rectifier (NOS RCA 5Y3) and power section (NOS RCA 6V6). The cabinet and other exterior elements (tolex, knobs, jacks, etc.) of the amp are all new. These Lockard 187's are very low production hand made amps.
