This Hot Rails "neck position" for Strat, is a humbucker that replaces single coil Strat Pickups. One of the highest output pickups made by Seymour Duncan. The two thin blades with powerful coil windings combine to give you outstanding sustain in a RAW, DISTORTED ROCK-n-ROLL SOUND.
The SHR-1n responds to the subtlest finger movements. Great for hammer-ons! Four conduter shielded cable lets you split the coils electrically: in phase or out-of-phase, series or parallel with or without humbucking effect. This Duncan pickup is a direct replacement and requires not guitar modification. Wiring schematics and mounting screws are included.
