The Farm secured the first of the run of these New for 2019 guitars and, like you, we couldn't be more excited.

At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.

This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.

 

The Shredzilla Extreme Series features a Nyotah body with Flame Maple cap in Trans Black finish with Abalone binding on the body, fretboard and headstock. This Abalone binding is being done to celebrate with 50th anniversary and may not be available on models produced later. An Ebony fretboard sits atop a neck-through 5-piece Maple/Wenge neck and features a Shredzilla inlay at the 3rd fret. Deep fretboard access is courtesy of the Shredzilla heel cut and allows you to shred so fast that you can almost destroy the strings.

This new superstrat is equipped with top-of-the-line electronics and hardware including a Fishman Fluence Modern Alnico neck humbucker, Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic bridge humbucker, volume control (push-pull voice selector), 3-way toggle, push button kill switch, hipshot bridge, and Grover locking tuners.

You are buying a quality instrument made of wood. Each instrument goes thorough a pre-shipment inspection to ensure you are getting a great quality instrument. However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.

Included in your shipment will be instructions on care and maintenance.

This guitar is required to be listed as seller refurbished by the manufacturer. It has been completely checked over by The Music Farm team, and also by the largest manufacturer refurbishing center in America. Buying one of these guitars is almost like buying a brand new guitar, but getting a huge savings on it!

Most of these instruments do not have any visible defects. If there is a visible defect it will be indicated in pictures and in the description. These guitars do not carry the original manufacturer warranty, and in order to prevent invalid warranty claims they are lightly stamped “USED” or “2nd” on the back of the headstock, and the original serial number has been replaced with a new serial number from the refurbishing center.
