Mostly in Storage 27 yrs.. In MINT CONDITION...
I Purchased this guitar directly from founder, Semie Mosley....
It was purchased at the 1989 Dallas Guitar Show. It is a 1989 Ventures model made in the USA w/ specs based on the early 60's Ventures model. I believe this to be a 60s re-issue. It has the exact basic Ventures design.
This guitar looks & sounds fabulous & that is why I bought it. Semi Mosley appears to have continued producing the same Ventures model that was & remains a proven iconic collectors piece... I have studied this guitar & every aspect reflects perfection & great quality to Detail.
The signed & Dated feature under the neck & made in USA , obviously contributes to the value. Rather then continuing to keep it stored away, I decided to let it go to a new owner to enjoy.
The color is the 3 stage high quality Sunburst finish with the early Vibramute tailpiece & the black Mosrite Pick-ups. There are no scratches or visible signs of wear or usage.
I purchased this to keep as a collectible. Other then being played at home less then 5 times just briefly, it remains in new condition.
If you listen to 60's nostalgic Ventures music - that sound comes alive with this guitar. If interested to buy, please do not purchase until you contact me first.
Though preferably for Pick up, I will ship it within the US. Must have excellent feedback with reverb &/or ebay.
Sorry , but no returns. Reason is I have no guarantee it would be in the same condition if returned. Fact is when the new owner see's this guitar, returning it will be the furthest thing from your mind. It looks identical as the moment I purchased it.
