Want better warmth, definition and an earlier power tube breakup? This is our Standard Retube Kit for the Soldano Hot Rod 50 Avenger with 5881's. The preamp section uses four ECC83S's with one current balanced ECC83S for the phase inverter in V4. Warm and sweet!
The power tubes are a premium matched pair of the JJ Electronic 5881's. The JJ 5881's have lots of Jangle and a real solid bottom end, they will lower the output a bit too. These are a 23 watt tube.
Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
If you want all the power and fidelity to get from your amp to your speakers then check out our custom made 10 Gauge speaker cables in our Reverb storefront. These cables are the largest cables made and leave no frequency unheard!
