Electric Amp USA Master Volume Unit Black Amp 2006 white tolex with road case

Electric Amp USA built and hand-wired this amp in 2006 and I have owned it since 2009. This is the best amp I have ever owned. These amps are very limited and production has slowed down considerably over the years. It's with a heavy heart I am selling but for the time being my touring/gigging days are done and with a lot of financial stuff going on I can't justify letting it sit unplayed for years.

The amp is a 120w Master Volume Unit loaded with 4 EL34s. It is serial number 21. It has a very unique sound which is similar to vintage amps from the 70's such as the original Sunn Model T's and the Orange OR120. Great for Doom, Stoner, Sludge, or any other type of metal that wants that vintage fuzzed out sound. The knobs on the amp drastically change the sound unlike most modern amps. You can pull just about any sound you want from it but the real reason you want it is to get that punishing heavy sound that these are known for.

One small disclaimer, I traded cases with another Electric Amp owner (original was black) so there is a second plate on the head case that gives incorrect information for the head (Volume Unit, Serial #55, Made in 2008).

The head case is in pristine condition with only a few minor scuffs. The amp comes with a heavy duty road case which with the amp inside weighs about 100 pounds.

found from early Sabbath riffage to current HEAVY INDY bands. This amp is like having the after 
burners on full, without being a cliche' "high gain" sounding amp.   Very natural contour and harmonic 
tones found on early British Amps with an extra ELECTRIC AMP Spice added.

Hella Loud Amplification, that can give it to you full volume AND give you the same full volume 
tones and feedback at MODERATE Volume levels. This avoids ripping everyone's head off in your 
band or smaller venue.

This AMP is not intended for low volume. However the Master Volume permits great volume 
control. You can use this amp for both LOW and HIGH Volume applications without EVER 
sacrificing your tone. ALSO, if you back off the FUZZ and bring up the MASTER you are capable 
of achieving the same great ELECTRIC AMP Clean Tones without losing any warmth.
