Warwick Stryker 2007 Red Quilted Maple, satin
Warwick "Stryker" 4 string bass. Discontinued model.
Red quilted maple top. Ebony finger board. Bronze frets and Brass hardware. Active pickups. Neck through design.
This bass was designed with the help or direction of John Entwistle of The Who. I bought it for my son who is too busy with school. Smart kid.
1 volume knob and 3 tone control knobs. Excellent quality electronics. No finer made.
First tone knob is normal. 2nd of the tone knobs is push pull. The 3rd is split. Possibly for the upper two pickups and the lower two. Lots of tone variation capabilities. I have not spent enough time figuring them out.
It plays very well and has no buzzes. Lots of sustain. Beautiful instrument. The guys from Warwick seem to really know what they are doing. Excellent German engineering and craftsmanship.
Small blemish or chip up above the "W" on the headstock. Easy to cover up with a sharpi maybe. Also a couple dents or small dings around where your arm might rest. They are in the photos but maybe not east to see.
Not original gig bag included.
