Fender Custom Shop is the creme da la creme when it comes to the Fender company. The Fender Custom Shop was dreamt up in the late eighties under the supervision of Bill Schultz with luthiers John Page and Michael Stevens at the helm. The idea for the Fender Custom Shop Division was to build one off pieces not explicitly intended for the public. Due to it's popularity Fender Custom Shop has grown and is now best known for it's Time Machine series in particular the well toured/aged relic guitars. We're fortunate that the gov'nor has always frequented the NAMM trade show, it's a great place for him to view the latest models available and purchase the NAMM Trade Show limited edition models we wouldn't normally be offered.
