About This Listing

I am thinning out my very large collection of stringed instruments (numbering nearly 200), which I began in the 1970's. Up for sale is a 1985-86 Tokai AST-56. This is the faithful Tokai reproduction of the vintage 1956 Fender Stratocaster.  
One piece (no fretboard) birdseye maple neck
The 8 hole 1 ply pickguard has been replaced with a 3 ply 11 hole pickguard Illusion 56 vintage series pickups Wonderful condition for a 35 year old guitar--could almost pass for new Original hardware has some minor age tarnishing

Each of my instruments is special and treated as such--none has been abused or has ever left the house since being acquired.

Comes with hardshell case.
