Mighty Mite USA Made Electric Guitar Humbucker Pickup (1300-1) - Black

Originally introduced in the late 1970’s, the 1300 was originally marketed as a “distortion” type of wind, with a double thick Ceramic magnet for aggressive heat. Over the years, legend has it, the 1300 had made its way onto some guitars of some significant players.

This model 1300-1 is made in the USA. It’s a high output bridge pickup with screaming leads, bright jumpy harmonics, and plenty of power to push an amp into saturation. Clean tones are thick and round but with the razor-sharp pick attack from the Ceramic magnet.

Like all Mighty Mite® humbuckers, the 1300 comes equipped with 4-conductor wiring for coil splitting and parallel options.

The main difference between model 1300 and 1300-1 is the poles. The 1300-1 has hex screws.
