2018 Gibson les paul R9 (1959) ULTRA AGED Custom Shop Special order from Music Zoo.
This guitar is part of a very rare production made in 2018 by the Gibson Custom Shop.
Only few guitar were made using the original BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD used in the real bursts from the 50's!!! There is of course included the Gibson certificate of the brazilian board.
This gives to this guitar the famous sound of the Gibson golden era.
The guitar is very light (3,6Kg) and very resonant, with round and dynamic tone.
This is the best choice for both collectors and players, really an amazing guitar, the best you can get on the market.
MOREOVER is upgraded with UNSEALED pair of ORIGINAL VINTAGE 1961 PAFS (unmounted from an original 1961 Gibson ES175D sold to a friend, so the pafs can be 1960 or 1961 max) + all the ORIGINAL VINTAGE hardware from 1959: 1959 ABR1 complete + 1959 Thumbwheels + 1959 Studs (all original 2018 parts are included).
By far this is a way better than any conversion (I also had) or any Les Paul I ever tried.
