Westone Super headless bass made in the Matsumoku factory in Japan during 1985/6 only - less than two years. It is an excellent active/passive bass of very good quality as were all guitars and basses made in Matsumoku.
It has a maple body with a maple through neck and a rosewood fingerboard containing 24 frets and a scale length of 33.75 inches. There are two excellent Magnaflux pickups with volume, active and passive tone controls, and with two micro switches - one which is the on/off active control and the other a dual tone control. There is also a three-way pickup selector switch. The active side is controlled by two 9volt batteries which are housed in a compartment at the back of the body.
This one is in clean condition with usual playing wear. Comes with original hardshell case.
