Vintage Shure SM76 Omni Dynamic Microphone *Acoustic *Overhead

This is a fantastic and unique vintage microphone. It sounds like a quality small diaphragm condenser microphone but can take lots of volume! This is a total sleeper acoustic guitar mic and sounds great as a drum overhead and room mic as well. I like it more than an SM81 that I use. More natural. Gives a cool snare and electric guitar sound too. This is a mic you can use forever because it doesn't sound like any of your other mics and it sounds great!

It's in good cosmetic and functional condition and fits a smaller mic clip like the EV635A or SM81. Small dent in grill that I tried to photograph but overall it looks really well taken care of.

This mic sounds best with a lot if gain. Needs almost as much as as my SM7.
