The picture shows the pickups mounted on a pickguard however the listing is for the pickups only We are trying to get more in, however if you are looking at this listing you probably know that they are not easy to run across. Some of these sets were pulled straight out of John Mayer signature Stratocasters, some others are from customer trade ins at the shop mixed in with some acquired inventory over the years. If you know Mayer's tone then these Pups are a big contributing factor to his Mind blowing sound. These are quality pickups, extreme magnet staggering, under wound with waxed fiber or plastic bobbins.
