About This Listing

Up for sale is an approximately 1988-89 Burny SuperGrade Revival LP type guitar (date is best guess) This guitar was made in Japan.  It has original vh1 pickups and all else is original except for the addition of orange drop capacitors by the previous owner.  This guitar is very resonant, responsive and has lots and lots of sustain.  The DarkBurst or Tobacco burst guitars from Burny during this time are not very common.  The neck is either ebony or the darkest piece of rosewood I have ever seen. The body appears to be one piece and the neck is one piece also.  It is long tenon and has fret edge binding. Both are Mahogany. The neck is a medium thickness. The guitar's top has almost no scratches or marks however the back has a few marks from belt rash but nothing major.  I also included pics of two marks on the guitar. One on the headstock and the other on the horn and the neck pickup ring is cracked. The pics make them look worse they actually are.  Guitar plays and sounds FANTASTIC!   If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
