Greg Hanks Design BA-660 tube preamp compressor channel strip rare

These are no longer made. Sadly, Greg Hanks passed. He made about 100 units. A few went a some famous studios like Eddie Van Halen's. 

This is probably the most natural sounding preamp ever created. Fletcher of Mercenary Audio said it was the most opulent preamp of all time. Doc Mixwell of DSP Doctor said it was one of the cleanest preamps of all time. 

The preamp is unclippable. It can take any signal you can throw at it. 

But the great thing about is the compressor section. It emulates (analog) many of the classic compressors in one unit.  Fairchild 660, Teletronix LA2A, Neve 2254, SSL Quad Buss compressor, and RCA BA6A. 

This unit will hold it's value or go up over time due to the rarity and quality. Great investment for a pro studio. The unit is very heavy and I will pack it well. Shipping cost is an estimation.
