About This Listing

This is a 1994 Gibson Standard ST3. It has 20 year's worth of minor dings, but the finish is just as lustrous the day it was made. It has a beautiful flame maple top in vintage sunburst and mahogany body and neck. The guitar features a rosewood fretboard with pearloid inlays with a 25.5 scale length. It comes with the original hardshell case (note that the keyed locking mechanism on the case is jammed and will not close). The Nighthawk ST3 has a mini humbucker in the neck position, a high output single coil in the middle and a full-sized slanted humbucker in the bridge position. You'll get great Gibson tones (5 distinct tones) from these configurations with the tone pot down. Pull the tone pot up for a Strat-like set of 5 more pickup configurations, and 5 more distinct tone variations. This a great sounding and fairly rare guitar. Browse the photos and thanks for taking the time to look.
