This bass is incredible. It's absolutely one-of-a-kind. The
Master Builder was Greg Fessler. It's got a Koa body with a AAA
Quilted Maple Top, a Wenge neck with a Rosewood fingerboard and white
pearloid block inlays. The body is finished with lacquer, the neck with
polyurethane. Medium-jumbo frets. Custom Classic Jazz Bass "C-shaped"
neck with a 12" radius.
This thing is in mint condition. You can even see the protective plastic over the control cavity panels still. In college I wouldn't even take it out of the house out of fear of it being stolen. I just played it at home while I was practicing and recording. The sound is unreal, and it plays like a champ. It's 9-volt active with volume, high, mid, and bass controls with a 3-way pickup selector.
