This is a 1968 Harmony 525 Bass Amp, made in Chicago by the venerable Valco company, maker of amps for National, Supro, Bronson, Gretsch, Airline, Orpheum, Atlas, Vega, Silvertone, Kustom Craft, Oahu, Dickerson, Dwight and countless others.
This is essentially the same amp as the Gretsch Pro Bass, and the Harmony 420 -- but this amp is the coolest of the clones because of the red racing stripe!
This is essentially a famed Supro Thunderbolt in sheep's clothing -- same basic Valco circuit, same transformers, same tube compliment and same Jensen C15P speaker.
The Original Jensen Code is 220802 (See Pics) Which Places it made early in 1968
The 550 15S C15 PS Series speakers are renowned for the tone and sought after.
