Ukulele Chord Master by Mastro/Maccaferri Arthur Godfrey Uke Player Free US Shipping
Works on any soprano ukulele! Invented by Mario
Maccaferri in the early 50s, this devise gives you 6 different chords each at the push of a button!
Others I've seen have the chord names on the tops of the buttons - I think this layout makes the learning curve easier to since you won't need to lift your fingers to check which chord you're playing.
New old store stock in excellent condition. Found
in a Local New Jersey estate original store stock stored for decades.
The family had a music
store in Newark New Jersey in the early 1900's. When the store closed 50+ years ago the
remaining stock was stored and virtually forgotten.
Maccaferri
"simulated rosewood" brown plastic swirl, as used in the earliest Islander Ukuleles
Easily fastens and removes using two
rubber bands - there are original fastener bands but I don't think
they'd hold for very long being that they're 60+ years old.
From the web: The Visual Chord Master
is a beautifully modern designed automatic chording device, allowing
the beginner to charm his dulcinea in a button click. Fixed on the neck
with two rubber bands, the Chord Master is able to perform six chords: C, C7, F, G7, A7 and D7 with a standard C tuning.
This is new old stock from a store that
closed decades ago. Other versions I've seen have the chord names on
the tops of the buttons, this version has them next to the buttons so
you don't need to lift your fingers and making it easier to navigate.
