Gibson Flying V w/case – USED
The serial number indicates that this Flying V was made in 1964. It does not have the original case if that is so. A new Tusq nut has been installed. The strap buttons are in the case. I forgot to put them back on for the photos.
An amazing a futuristic looking instrument when it was released in 1958 The Flying V has been an icon since its first production run.
Mahogany body,
NO VELLUTE,
IMPRINT S#,
NO MADE IN USA MENTIONED,
MAESTRO TREMOLO…It’s looking vintage to me.
