Want the smoothest richest tone you can get along with the power and thunder of the JJ KT88's? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit and it contains six Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V6. Less grit and a very lush tone!

The power tubes are a premium matched sextet of the JJ Electronic KT88's. The JJ KT88 is an amazing tube! They are extremely thick and rich sounding with no loss of high end, they're simply fat everywhere. They also are the most powerful of the JJ KT series tubes.

If you choose to use the KT66's, 6550's or KT88's and your amp has the "Bear Trap" style tube retainers you may want to swap these out for the "Spring and Cap" style retainers. These mount using the same screws as the stock retainers.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

If you want all the power and fidelity to get from your amp to your speakers then check out our custom made 10 Gauge speaker cables in our Reverb storefront. These cables are the largest cables made and leave no frequency unheard!

The video below shows both our preamp tube testing and power tube matching procedures here at Eurotubes which are second to none. We may not be the cheapest, but we are arguably the best.
