A players c. 1950 Sherwood "Deluxe" Archtop Electric with a single pickup (not sure if it's the original, as it looks different than others I've seen in this model). Made by Kay for 2 or 3 years back in the day. The model played by Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup. Originally sold at Montgomery Wards. Comes with the original hard shell case.
This guitar is in decent cosmetic condition. Shows some wear and tear with it's age, but it's been played and it shows. All electronics will be triple checked before being mailed out. Action is a bit high at the 12th fret, about .6 cm. Also, it looks like the neck has had some work done (see last two pictures). I'm not sure what exactly was done, as I'm not the original owner. I do know it plays well and neck is on solid. These are the reasons for the price drop.
