Carr Rambler Gold Pin Option JJ Retube(TM) Kit

If you don't like much grit in your tone and you're after a very smooth and rich sound then this kit will do it. This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Carr Rambler. It uses three Gold Pin ECC83S's to replace the 12AX7's along with a Gold Pin ECC81 for V2.

The power tubes are the JJ Electronic 6L6GC's. This is a classic 6L6 sounding tube with big lows, smooth mids and crystalline highs. What sets them apart is their low end clarity, mid-range detail and very clear highs without being overbearing or harsh.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
