Carr Mercury Gold Pin ECC803S V1 Option JJ Retube(TM) Kit with a KT88

This is our Gold Pin ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Carr Mercury. It uses a Long Plate Gold Pin ECC803S for V1, a Gold Pin ECC81 for V2, a Gold Pin ECC83S for V3. The ECC803S Long Plate tubes have cool vintage vibe with a great high end sparkle. The Gold Pin ECC803S's are very open and lush and when overdriven they have a very smooth and singing character that's less gritty than the non-Gold Pin versions.

The power tube is a premium tested JJ Electronic KT88. The JJ KT88's are simply huge sounding with a deep low end, massive mids and sweet smooth highs. This tube will provide maximum headroom.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
