A 1969 Fender Telecaster Blond has arrived!! This guitar has serial number 238033 and a neck date of 3APR69B. It retains its luster and is in excellent condition. The pickguard is a white 4-ply design with a pearl pattern on the back, a characteristic of this era. The body has aged beautifully, retaining a lovely blond finish. The neck is a one-piece maple neck manufactured around April 1969 (3APR69B). The neck thickness is 21.9mm at the 1st fret and 23.7mm at the 12th fret, offering a grip with moderate thickness. The nut and frets have been replaced, and the entire neck was relacquered during the replacement. The front pickup has been replaced, while the rear pickup is the original with a gray bobbin. The rear pickup is an original from 1969 but has been wax-dipped. The controls feature the classic front, mix, and rear output configuration, with pot dates of 304-645X and 304-6530. The capacitors are original, but the wiring has been modified (including the wires). As for its condition, while there are some dents and scratches, it is in good overall condition. Of course, there is plenty of truss rod adjustment left, and playability is excellent. Weighing in at 3.16 kg, its light weight is another key feature.
