I can't describe this amp better than the truly talented man who completed its conversion (see video). I bought it from him a couple years ago and have made no changes. Some people might have opinions about the Bugera power tubes, but they work great and can always be replaced if you wish.
The amp is touch-responsive, stays clean to a usable volume, and has killer overdrive tones. It's slightly noisy at low volume, but at the levels at which you'll likely use it, I'd say signal to noise is quite good. I'll undoubtedly regret selling, but I'm scaling back.
