The Greer Amps - Soma 63 Vintage Preamp is an exceptionally great sounding pedal meant to mimic the sound of early 60's Fender brown-panel amplifiers. This pedal simulates the entire preamp, phase inverter, power section, and even the feel of the vintage 10 inch Utah speakers aided by a steel core transformer in the audio signal path. Dynamic saturation happens depending on your pickup output, volume control or play-style. This pedal can get gnarly with all sorts of high gain overtones, while cleaning up really well, it's super responsive depending on your pick attack. Excellent EQ and presence control can capture a wide range of tone. Run it at 9 or 18 volts.
