Mid 2000's Shertler Unico. This is the 4 channel version with mic, piezo, magnetic and line in inputs.
Bi-amped 150 + 30 watts. Very versatile amp for just about any venue. Has a XLR output to connect to FOH if needed. Spring reverb. I've gigged a lot with this amp and it's always delivered. Has a few scuffs however ready to gig. About 28lbs.
