6/4 UPDATE: To everyone who was watching this guitar, a family member expressed interest in the guitar, so the listing was pulled. Long story short, it wasn't sorted out entirely and so for a brief time, the guitar is back up for sale. I've had a lot of interest in the guitar, so I wanted to give all the watchers a last chance to buy the guitar. "Pre-Factory" 1994 CE-24 in Vintage Yellow with BIRDS
Hello everyone,
I'm offering for sale an unusual PRS, a "pre-factory" CE-24 with bird inlays. If you are a PRS fan, you may agree this one has several cool features consolidated into one guitar:
-Alder body -Vintage Yellow finish (a classic PRS color!) -Shorter neck heel -Call me a nerd, but this one has birds! It's very unusual for a PRS of this era to have this option. I believe CE birds were only offered for a few years -Regular neck carve -7lbs 12.4oz
This one is very good shape overall for its 25 years, and retains its original luster as you can see from the photos. The saddles are nice and clean. There are marks here and there, commensurate with a guitar this age, that has been played. Mild fret wear in lower fret positions. Swirling on the back. I've included a handful of pictures highlighting the wear. If you require additional details, please just ask!
Comes with the original hard case, truss rod cover, wrench, trem bar, and some original paperwork.
Beautiful guitar! It's got so much cool-factor for a PRS that its hard to let go of, but it's become apparent that I'm only playing nylon string / acoustic guitars.
