This mandolin, "Pomeroy" on headstock, was custom made for me by Don Paine of Pomeroyinstruments.com. I received the mandolin in June 2003. It is an A2 Archtop Mandolin taking after the famous Gibson A2 of yesteryear The mandolin is beautiful to hold and play. I have more pictures if desired. The tailpiece is also custom made for Don and is made of silver. I have finally self admitted that I stink on the mandolin and will just pick on a guitar.The hardshell case is included and I will of course include and extra set of strings. When I last changed the strings about a month ago a let a VERY tiny ding just to left of the bridge - hard to see. I still can't figure out I did it. I would ship to the lower 48 states.
