Comes with power power supply and original manual.
In perfect cosmetic condition for its age, but does come with one minor issue.
When the volume is maxed you can hear a faint audio noise. 
There are ways around this issue like keeping the volume at half and using an amp in your daw, or you can just eq it out. When I was using my effects it just EQed the sound right out so that is another option. 
Everything else beyond that small issue works flawlessly
