Condition Description: F - Hoop is in Fair condition. Original Black paint has wear and paint loss. Inlay is missing, ready to refinish to match your set. Minor ply separation of outer ply as pictured. Has a crack in the outer ply that would be covered up by the inlay. Has some bends from over-tension of claws but still sits mostly flat, fits over a standard 22" drum head.
